Remake the city of Din'Lux with new location tiles and re-zoning decrees that evolve the game board over time. Give in to temptation and spend powerful Favor tokens to help both yourself and the Cult.
Play Kinfire Council your way: cooperative, solo, or competitive.
The punishing Cult decree deck will allow you and your fellow Councilors to play in co-op mode or go against the Cult on your own in solo play.
Not a stand-alone game. Kinfire Council base game is required to play.
