Shipping Rates
Elderwoods offers the following shipping options:
FREE Shipping = orders of $120 or more (exclusions* apply)
$7.99 shipping = orders under $120

- Minimum purchase threshold is before sales tax.
- Free shipping not available for heavy or irregular shaped items ($13.99 shipping fee) & extra heavy items ($19.99 shipping fee).
- Offer applies to standard shipping only.
- Additional handling fees, exclusions and restrictions may apply.
Additional Information
Elderwoods currently does not ship outside of the United States or to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
Please note that shipping addresses cannot be a PO Box.
Elderwoods ships orders using USPS or UPS or FedEx at our discretion. We send out packages Monday through Friday, typically the day after we receive your order and payment. The time in transit varies by carriers but typically ranges from 2-5 days once it leaves our store.
Please note that in the case that a package is returned to Elderwoods because of insufficient address (or of the like), you will have to pay the actual shipping cost to have the order shipped a second time (even if the order qualified for free shipping the first time). If this results in the cancellation of an order, then there will be a 10% restocking fee. If there are fees for Elderwoods to accept the package back because of insufficient address or refusal of package, then the customer is also responsible for paying those fees as well and they will be taken out of the refund.
Elderwoods is not responsible for contacting customers to check for the most up to date address. It is the customers responsibility to update their address with Elderwoods if they move. We will not redirect packages at our cost in the case that a customer gives an inaccurate address or fails to update the address on an order before the order ships and the customer will assume the cost if the package is sent back to Elderwoods.
Elderwoods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states delivered, please reach out to the appropriate shipping company.
If you are shipping your Elderwoods purchase to a secondary location after it arrives to where you originally had us send the package to, we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs during this secondary shipment.
Until the time Elderwoods ships your order or you pick up your order at our store, Elderwoods may modify, decline, or cancel your order placed on our Sites, or any portion thereof, even after you receive an order confirmation.
Elderwoods reserves the right to prohibit purchases made by resellers (companies or individuals that purchase items for the purpose of selling them instead of using them). If Elderwoods believes that an individual/business is purchasing for the purpose of reselling they will notify that individual/business via the email on file. Future attempts to purchase from these individuals/businesses may be cancelled and a 10% restocking fee may be withheld from purchase amount.
Elderwoods reserves the right to cancel any orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel an order, we will email the customer. Elderwoods is under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgment prior to canceling the order.

Cancellation Policy
Orders under $150 are eligible for cancellation up to 7 days after the order was placed without penalty. Requests for cancellation should be emailed to support@elderwoodscc.com. Orders canceled after the 7 day period will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
Orders at or over $150 are eligible for cancellation up to 7 days after the order was placed; however they will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Requests for cancellation should be emailed to
support@elderwoodscc.com.
If the order has already been packaged and shipped, please note that the order can no longer be canceled. You will have to wait to receive the order and then ship it back to Elderwoods as a return.
Elderwoods reserves the right to mandate additional restocking fees due to excessive cancellations at their discretion.
Return Policy
Items may only be returned within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking number).
Elderwoods does not cover shipping costs on returns. We recommend that you insure your shipment.
You will not be reimbursed for an item that Elderwoods does not receive. If items arrive back to Elderwoods damaged, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund for the damage.
All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. The fee is waived if a gift card is elected as the refund method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased. It must also be in the original packaging, including shrink-wrap. Elderwoods will not accept returns on used games or games that have been opened.
If Elderwoods has already given notification of the order being shipped, then the order cannot be canceled/refunded/edited/ combined with other orders. You will have to wait to receive the item and then ship it back to Elderwoods for a return if desired.

Non-refundable Items
Items marked as Final, Final Sale, Clearance, “As-Is” or Sale priced cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Additionally, TCGs are ineligible for returns/refunds.
Damage Policy
Please note, damage to plastic clamshells or shrink wrap are not considered damage.
DO NOT remove shrink wrap if your game is damaged. If you open the product, we are unable to replace the item.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please keep the shipping box and all packing materials until your claim is resolved. Please be prepared to send pictures of the damage to your games as well as pictures of the shipping label and pictures capturing all sides of the box (including the bottom). Pictures of the shipping box and damaged item(s) must be sent to Customer Service at support@elderwoodscc.com.
If you are shipping your Elderwoods purchase to a secondary location after it arrives to where you originally had us send the package to, we cannot be held responsible if damage occurs during this secondary shipment.
In-store Pickup
When you select Pickup at checkout, Elderwoods will have your order ready for you to pick up by noon of our next business day. You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup.
If same-day pickup is needed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that we will hold your order for up to 30 days. If the order is not picked up after the 30-day period, your purchase will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-ordered items may be subject to limited quantities per person.
Release dates for pre-order items are estimated dates and may change.
Orders that contain already released and pre-order item(s) will be held for shipment until your ENTIRE order is available to be shipped.
Elderwoods reserve the right to cancel any pre-orders for any reason at any time. If we need to cancel a pre-order we will email the customer. Elderwoods is under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgment prior to canceling the pre-order.
Fraud & Abuse
Elderwoods carefully monitors returns for fraud and abuse and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges, regardless of your presentation of a valid receipt or packing slip.
