Refund policy

Items may only be returned within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking number).

Elderwoods does not cover shipping costs on returns. We recommend that you insure your shipment.

You will not be reimbursed for an item that Elderwoods does not receive. If items arrive back to Elderwoods damaged, an additional fee will be deducted from the refund for the damage.

All returns will incur a 5% restocking fee. The fee is waived if a gift card is elected as the refund method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased. It must also be in the original packaging, including shrink-wrap. Elderwoods will not accept returns on used games or games that have been opened.

If Elderwoods has already given notification of the order being shipped, then the order cannot be canceled/refunded/edited/combined with other orders. You will have to wait to receive the item and then ship it back to Elderwoods for a return if desired.

Non-refundable Items

Items marked as Final, Final Sale, Clearance, “As-Is” or Sale priced cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Additionally, TCGs are ineligible for returns/refunds.
